MALE – Hair neatly trimmed, conservative style and off the collar. Clean shaven, beards and moustaches short & well-trimmed
FEMALE – Long hair styles must be tied back with a black accessories, ponytail, braid, or tight bun acceptable styles
At the top of the Stairs outside Bar National on Collins Street (Collins Square Precinct)
Entry via the loading dock entrance (AND NOT via THE FRONT DOOR). Loading dock is located at 29 Village Street, Docklands (if arriving from Collins Street please take the stairs or elevator next to Chiara Restaurant down to Village Street), enter Loading Bay 3.
Go up the ramp & report to the Loading Bay Office, here you will sign out a B&EC (Business & Events Centre) Contractor Card. You will be asked to leave your name and mobile number, and this card is to returned at the end of every shift.
Go back down the ramp and turn right (as marked), walk past the High Rise Lift to the Mid Rise Lift. Take the Mid Rise Lift up to Level 5 using your B&EC card, you will enter the BOH area next to the kitchen.
From Southern Cross station walk out Collins Street exit on Mezzanine Level and walk away from the CBD over the bridge (6 minute walk)

Parking available in the side streets around the site, but please ensure to read the parking signs and give yourself plenty of time to find a spot and to walk to where you will be working. Otherwise there are plenty of car parks available in the area (fees apply).
