From Flinders Street catch tram #67 (Carnegie) to stop #40 continue to walk along Nepean Hwy along left hand side, cross to Hotham Grove and walk through to Hotham Street (6 minutes’ walk). Turn Left and site is on your Right.
Alternatively catch the Train to Ripponlea station (Sandringham Line) and walk 10 minutes
