Chef - WHITE chef jacket, BLACK & WHITE small check pants, apron, skull cap / hat, safety shoes, knife kit, timesheets.
Food or Beverage Attendant - WHITE men's business shirt, BLACK tailored pants, BLACK fully enclosed leather shoes, BLACK socks, BLACK tie, waiters friend, name badge, timesheets, note pad & pen. Aprons are provided by the client.
Barista - WHITE men's business shirt, BLACK tailored pants, BLACK fully enclosed leather shoes, BLACK socks, name badge, timesheets, note pad & pen.
Pay attention to personal grooming habits. Ensure you maintain high levels of both grooming and hygiene.
HAIR STYLE - Keep hair neat & tidy. Long hair styles must be tied back with a black accessories.
FACIAL HAIR - Faces must be clean shaven (no stubble). Beards and moustaches short & well-trimmed.
NAILS - Keep your nails clean and trimmed. Clear lacquer only - no gel or coloured polish.
MAKE-UP - Minimise make up and ensure neutral colours.
HYGIENE - Regular showering, brushing your teeth and using deodorant. Minimise strong scents.
JEWELERY - Wear minimal jewellery. Remove facial piercings and multiple ear piercings. Stud style earrings are acceptable. Watches & wedding bands are okay.

The Perpetual Offices are located in the Rialto Tower building at 525 Collins Street, in the South Tower on Levels 28 & 29.
On arrival, walk to the SOUTH Tower of Rialto. Take the lift to Level 29, Report to Reception. Call 03 9611 6611 if there are issues.
Perpetual Services is located in Colins Street in Melbourne's CBD.
We recommend taking public transport as parking in the CBD is limited and expensive.
