MALE – Hair neatly trimmed, conservative style and off the collar. Clean shaven, beards and moustaches short & well-trimmed

FEMALE – Long hair styles must be tied back with a black accessories, ponytail, braid, or tight bun acceptable styles

Check-in location

The buses will be departing each morning from

Peter Rowland Head Office, 8 River St South Yarra. You must ensure you allow at least TWO hours of travelling time before you start your shift.

Free transport is provided each day to and from Avalon airport. Travel time is not paid as part of your shift. Please arrive at the bus TWO hours prior to your shift start time. On arrival you must have your name crossed of the Staff List.

Please ensure you are very clear before the date of your shift details as the staffing representative will only be marking off names. If you are running late for the bus, please 9650 1311

When your shift is finished for the day you must return your uniform and wait till the buses fill before they leave. Buses will be leaving quite regularly

You will be supplied with a credential as you get off the bus each morning at the staffing office at Avalon.

•          Please ensure that you do not lose your credentials as you will not be able to gain access to the airfield without it.

•          Please ensure that you carry photo identification with you at all times (i.e. your driver’s license etc.).

Additional Note:

Please ensure you bring money to buy your lunch. You can purchase lunch from the retail outlets at a discounted rate of $5 (this includes souvlaki’s, sandwiches and pizzas only). Refrigerated storage is available for those that wish to bring their own lunch.

If you are required for SET UP DAY we will be providing lunch for you at Avalon, just before commencing your shift. You should pack extra nibbles with you, as it could be a long day.
