Enter via Club lane, rear entrance via Little Collins Street. Look for the roller door that is posted “keep clear 24 hours”. To the Left of the roller door is a buzzer/intercom. Press buzzer for further directions

Catch a train to Parliament, head to Collins Street exit. When you get to street level, do a U-turn onto Spring Street walk along Spring Street & turn left into Little Collins Street & then left into Club Lane

• This client is operating under a strict social media silence policy. As such, staff are advised that once on shift mobile phone must be switched off and no photos, comments, posts or suggestions of working at this site can be made by staff.
• Also, all conversations or particular personalities or guests observed by #teamhotelstaff team members must remain strictly confidential.

General Conduct

• No personal phone calls will be permitted to take place unless in case of emergency.  The use of mobile phones is prohibited at the club
• No use of offensive, rude or threatening words or actions to any members of staff or guests
• No smoking whilst on duty.  Smoking is only permitted in the back lane during a designated break
• No chewing of gum whilst on duty
• Name tags are not required
• Males are not to wear earrings, ladies are limited to one set. Other visible piercing is not permitted
• All staff to carry their own waiter’s friends
• Consumption of non-alcoholic beverages may only take place in designated staff areas: Staff Room OR Rear Lane
• Removal of stock or Melbourne Club property is not permitted
• Please keep money and / or valuables on you whilst on duty.  Valuables left in change rooms will be left at own risk

Pay and Conditions for this site are governed by the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2010 [MA000009]. Pay Rates for Casual Classification apply as a Monday-Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday rate. For details go to Click Here for Current Pay Rates

All team members must bring their own meals to be consumed during 30-minute, unpaid scheduled breaks if shift exceeds 6 hours
