Food or Beverage Attendant - Men's WHITE business shirt, black tailored trousers, long black tie, black fully enclosed leather shoes, long black socks, waiters friend, plain black name badge, Hotelstaff timesheets, note pad & pen. Aprons are provided by the client.

Supervisor/Team Leader/Host – BLACK Suit Jacket/Blazer, BLACK Ironed Men’s Business shirt, BLACK tailored pants, BLACK fully enclosed leather shoes, BLACK socks, BLACK Tie, Waiters Friend, Peter Rowland Branded Name Badge, Note Pad & Pen, and Timesheets

Personal Grooming

Pay attention to personal grooming habits. Ensure you maintain high levels of both grooming and hygiene.

HAIR STYLE - Keep hair neat & tidy. Long hair styles must be tied back with a matching accessories.

FACIAL HAIR - Faces must be clean shaven (no stubble). Beards and moustaches short & well-trimmed.

NAILS - To be clean, short and well manicured, no polish or false nails

MAKE-UP - Minimise make up and ensure neutral colours.

HYGIENE - Regular showering, brushing your teeth and using deodorant. Minimise strong scents.

JEWELERY - Wear minimal jewellery. Remove facial piercings and multiple ear piercings. Stud style earrings are acceptable. Watches & wedding bands are okay.

TATTOOS - No visible tattoos

  • Freshly clean shaven or beards and moustaches that are short & well-groomed
  • Long hair styles must be tied back with accessories MATCHING hair colour, IN A TIGHT OR TIDY BUN or DONUT
  • Short hair styles must be very tidy & off the face, neatly trimmed & combed, conservative style and off the collar

Jewellery & Accessories

  • Watches – Conservative styles allowed in silver, gold or black
  • Rings – Wedding rings sets or 2 rings per hand are acceptable, no bulky styles
  • Bracelets – Medical only
  • Necklaces – No visible necklaces
  • Piercings – No facial piercings or visible body piercingsincluding earings
  • Tattoos – No visible tattoos
  • Make Up – Natural & neutral tones only, do not overuse
  • Perfume / Cologne – do not overuse

  1. Check In required STRICTLY 45 minutes before Start Time
  2. Enter compound and look for marquee/tent with agency banner
  3. Report to Hotelstaff
  4. Accreditation will be issued, Security Checks conducted and Bag Cloaking (only bring what you need)

Public Transport

TRAM

  1. Catch the Number 57 Tram (Heading to West Maribyrnong) from Elizabeth Street, City. Allow 30 minutes to 45 minutes for the journey. (Plus 10-15 minutes walking time).
  2. Hop off at stop number 33 (Cnr Epsom Rd & Union Rd) Head toward traffic lights, turn left into Lang’s Road; walk along the left hand side. Allow 10-15 minutes to walk to Leonard Crescent.
  3. Turn left into Leonard Crescent. 50% of the way down Leonard Crescent you will a grass carpark on the LHS and a Compound on the RHS.       The Hotelstaff team will be located in this PRC Compound.
  4. If you reach a set of large black gates, this is the Hill Gate, you have gone too far. Turn around and walk back.

TRAIN

There is a train the runs to Flemington (Showgrounds Station) however the 1st train may not arrive in time. You will also need to wait at the Station to be collected by a Hotelstaff Representative, which mean allocating more time! Please carefully check the timetable this week.
