Covid Bonus Payment
Receive an extra $3 per hour on top of your normal pay for every hour worked. There’s no “what’s the catch?” or fineprint with this new bonus: for every hour you work with Hotelstaff you’re guaranteed to earn an extra $3.
Monthly Loyalty Bonus
Receive a $350 bonus if you work 100 or more hours across 4 different clients in a month. With no limit to this Monthly Loyalty Bonus, you can potentially receive it every month, on top of your standard Covid Bonus.
You do the Math...
For a typical 100 hour month, that’s an extra $650 dollars in your pocket ($350 Loyalty Bonus + $300 Covid Bonus) or $6.50 extra per hour. You definitely won’t find these incentives at any other hospitality agency in Melbourne!
While working at some of Melbourne’s most exciting sporting and entertainment events, you’ll also have the opportunity to earn above your typical pay grade with our Level Up Program.
Work as a Level 1 Kitchen Hand but you could get paid as a Level 4 Cook, work as a Level 2 Waiter but you could get paid as a Level 5 Supervisor.
Hotelstaff currently has arrangements with a number of clients that give you the potential to Level Up your pay and earn more just for doing your job.
